After many years of research, 3X Engineering has developed its own software (REA) for the design of specific composite according to specific inquiry. Using such calculations we could propose the suitable repair solution (according to international standards) adapted to your specific configuration. This cost effective solution avoid any over sizing repair usually charged to the customer uselessly.
The composite mechanical parameters used for the design result from characterization after mechanical fatigue, chemical and thermal ageing tests. Therefore, this composite life time is at least 25 years in the field.
